Universal Complex Care was founded in 2020 by Precious Masawi and Gwenda Masawi. Between them are decades of experience of support work in both private and NHS health and social care. Precious is also a highly experienced case manager and Gwenda a registered nurse, including 5 years as a mental health nurse.
